DepEd-format report cards for every level, ready to print

Pick a grade, section and student, and SIMS lays out the report card in the right format for that level. It calculates final ratings, remarks and general averages for you.

Report cards

What it does

Elementary & junior high

Q1–Q4 per subject, final rating, Passed/Failed remarks and the general average.

Senior high

Semester 1 (Q1–Q2) and semester 2 (Q3–Q4), each with its own finals and general average.

Automatic format

The layout follows the grade level's school level, so senior high always gets the SHS format.

Grading legend

Outstanding, Very Satisfactory, Satisfactory, Fairly Satisfactory, and Did Not Meet Expectations.
