Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GarageOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including garage owners, managers, mechanics, and receptionists.

2. Use of the Platform

GarageOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your garage management needs. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Use the platform to store or transmit infringing or illegal content

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into GarageOS. We do not claim any rights over your customer data, job cards, or business information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data you enter.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

GarageOS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. Your data will be retained for 90 days and can be exported before permanent deletion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
