Refund Policy

Our goal is simple: if GarageOS doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.
14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose to continue.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months, minus a 10% processing fee.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after 30 days on annual plans (prorated refund applies instead)
- Add-on services or one-time setup fees
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@garageos.in with your account email and reason for the refund. We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
GST on Refunds
Refunds will be processed for the net amount paid. GST amounts are non-refundable as they have been remitted to the government. A revised GST invoice will be issued for the refunded amount.
