Ready-to-deploy AI solution
AI ERP Assistant for Odoo, SAP, Oracle and Dynamics
A pre-built assistant that lets managers ask their ERP questions in plain language and get accurate figures, tables and summaries in seconds, without waiting for a report.
Overview
Why AI ERP Assistant matters
An AI ERP assistant gives every manager direct, conversational access to the data inside Odoo, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics. Today, a simple question such as which raw materials will run out next week often means asking an analyst, waiting for a custom report or exporting to a spreadsheet. Decisions slow down, and the ERP that cost so much to implement is used by only a handful of specialists.
We deploy a pre-built assistant and configure it to your ERP's data model, business terminology and user roles. Users type or speak a question, the assistant translates it into a safe, read-only query, and returns the answer with the underlying figures. Approved actions, such as drafting a purchase order, can be added with confirmation steps, so people stay in control.
What we build
AI ERP Assistant: capabilities
Every feature is built on our standardized stack, so it is secure, tested and maintainable by any engineer in our pool.
Natural-language queries
Ask questions like 'top ten customers by overdue amount' or 'stock below reorder level in the Ahmedabad warehouse' and get an answer in seconds.
Connectors for major ERPs
Pre-built adapters for Odoo, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics, plus API or database connectors for custom and legacy ERP systems.
Role-based data access
The assistant inherits each user's ERP permissions, so a branch manager sees only their branch and a finance user sees only approved ledgers.
Narrative summaries
Turn raw numbers into short written explanations, such as why gross margin fell this month or which product lines drove the change.
Tables and charts on demand
Answers can be returned as a sortable table or a simple chart, and exported to a spreadsheet or Google Sheets for further work.
Proactive alerts
Scheduled checks notify the right people about low stock, unusual expenses, delayed shipments or payments that have gone overdue.
Guarded actions
Draft purchase orders, sales quotes or stock transfers from a conversation, with a preview and explicit user confirmation before anything is written.
Query transparency
Power users can view the filters and data sources behind each answer, making it easy to verify figures before sharing them.
Key benefits
Outcomes your business can count on
Decisions without the report queue
Managers answer their own operational questions immediately rather than waiting days for an analyst to build a report.
Wider use of your ERP investment
People who find ERP screens complicated can still get value from the data, which improves adoption across departments.
Earlier warning of problems
Alerts on stock, cash flow and delivery exceptions surface issues while there is still time to act.
Your ERP stays the source of truth
The assistant reads from your live ERP rather than a copied database, so every answer reflects current transactions.
Use cases
Where this delivers value
Inventory and procurement
Check stock levels across warehouses, find items below safety stock and draft purchase orders to preferred vendors for approval.
Finance and receivables
Ask for ageing summaries, overdue customers, cash position and expense variances by cost center without opening multiple reports.
Production planning
Review work-order status, material shortages and machine utilization, and identify which orders are at risk of missing their dates.
Sales and distribution
Compare sales by region, product or dealer against the same period last year and spot slow-moving items early.
Technology used
Built on one proven stack
The assistant uses a language model with tool calling to translate questions into structured, read-only queries against approved ERP endpoints. A NestJS service enforces permissions, caches common lookups and records every query for audit.
- Odoo, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics APIs
- OpenAI GPT, Claude or Gemini
- Llama or DeepSeek via Ollama for private hosting
- LangChain tool calling and MCP
- NestJS, PostgreSQL and Redis
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams interfaces
Our process
From first call to confident launch
- 01
Discovery
We map your ERP modules, custom fields and user roles, and collect the fifty questions managers ask most often so we can prioritize the data the assistant needs.
- 02
Design
We build a business glossary that links your terms to ERP tables, define which data each role may query and decide which actions, if any, the assistant may draft.
- 03
Agile Build
We connect the pre-built assistant to a test copy of your ERP, validate every answer against known reports and expand coverage module by module in each sprint.
- 04
Production + 90-day hypercare
We launch read-only for a pilot group first. Over 90 days of hypercare we add questions users ask, tune accuracy and enable actions once trust is established.
How the AI ERP assistant keeps answers accurate
Language models are good with words but should never be trusted to invent numbers. Our assistant never calculates figures from memory. It converts each question into a structured query against your ERP, runs that query with the user's permissions, and then explains the result. If a question is ambiguous, such as which 'sales' figure is meant, it asks a clarifying question first.
Every answer is logged with the query that produced it. During hypercare we compare a sample of answers with standard ERP reports so that finance and operations leaders are confident the numbers match.
Works where your team already works
The assistant can be used from a web panel inside your ERP, from Microsoft Teams, or through Google Workspace, where it can email a weekly summary to Gmail, save exports to Google Drive and schedule review meetings in Google Calendar. Many clients also enable WhatsApp access for senior managers who need quick figures while traveling.
We used this approach in an Odoo ERP AI integration for a global manufacturer, where natural-language inventory queries and automated purchase orders were the starting point.
- Read-only by default, with actions enabled role by role
- Single sign-on with your ERP or identity provider
- Option to host the model on your own servers
When you need more than an assistant
The assistant is designed for fast rollout on an existing ERP. If you also need demand forecasting, anomaly detection or deeper automation, our ERP + AI integration service builds those capabilities. If your current ERP no longer fits the business, our ERP development team can build a custom system on our standard stack. Data-sensitive businesses can run the whole assistant through local LLM deployment.
