Why is it free for parishes?
Simbahan exists to serve the Filipino Church, not to profit from it. Parishes — especially those in lower-income communities — should not have to pay to connect with their own parishioners. Our sustainability model is built on the partner program and future optional premium features, not on charging parishes for basic community tools.
This means every parish gets everything. No locked features. No trial timers. No upgrade prompts. Just the full platform, free, for as long as Simbahan operates.

Will Simbahan ever charge parishes?+
Our commitment during Phase 1 is zero cost for all parishes. Any future pricing changes will be announced with significant notice and will never remove access for current parishes.
What does "commission on church payments" mean for partners?+
When churches process payments through future optional paid features, partners who onboarded those churches receive a recurring commission. The exact structure is shared during partner onboarding.
Are there any hidden fees?+
None. GCash donations go directly from the member's GCash wallet to the parish GCash number. Simbahan does not touch the transaction. There are no platform fees on donations.
What happens when a parish grows large?+
Nothing changes. Whether a parish has 50 members or 50,000, the price remains the same — free.
