Built for the Filipino Church.

With faith. With purpose. For free.

“The Gospel must reach people where they are. Today, they are on their phones.”

Why Simbahan Exists

The Filipino Catholic Church is one of the most vibrant faith communities in the world. Ninety million Catholics. Three thousand parishes. A culture where faith is woven into daily life — from the pre-dawn Simbang Gabi to the Santo Niño processions of Sinulog. And yet, most parishes communicate through printed bulletins, Facebook posts, and WhatsApp chains.

Simbahan was born from a simple question: what would it look like if Filipino parishes had a digital home as rich as their faith tradition?

We are not a generic church management platform adapted for the Philippines. We are Filipino-first. Every feature was designed with the specific culture, practices, and practical constraints of Filipino Catholic life in mind — GCash instead of Stripe, Simbang Gabi trackers instead of generic event counters, a liturgical calendar aligned with the CBCP.

Our mission is straightforward: connect every Filipino Catholic parish with its community, deepen daily faith, and make it easier for parish leaders to serve the people in their care. All for free.

What We Believe

Mission before margin

The Church should not have to pay to connect with its own people. Simbahan is free for parishes because it should be.

Filipino-first design

Every feature decision starts with "does this serve Filipino Catholic life?" Generic is not good enough.

Faith is daily

A church app that is only useful on Sunday has failed. Simbahan earns a daily open through Daily Readings, novenas, and liturgical reminders.

Accessible to all

From Metro Manila to Mindanao. From the latest iPhone to a PHP 3,000 Android. Every Filipino parishioner deserves access.

The Team

Simbahan is built by a team passionate about faith and technology. We are currently in our founding phase — our full team page will launch with Phase 2.
