Question 1

Is this an exclusive partnership?

Yes. We are seeking one exclusive operating partner for the Philippines market. The partner will have exclusive rights to operate the PinasProperty platform in the Philippines under the partnership agreement.

Question 2

What does the partner actually do day to day?

Accepted Answer

The partner manages all sales, marketing, agent and developer onboarding, customer support, local compliance, government relations, and billing. PinasProperty handles all technology: the platform, servers, security, updates, and technical support.

Question 3

What does PinasProperty provide versus the partner?

Accepted Answer

PinasProperty provides the complete technology platform — web app, mobile apps, servers, security, AI tools, API, and all technical support. The partner provides all local operations: sales, marketing, compliance management, onboarding, and customer service.

Question 4

How is revenue shared?

Accepted Answer

The partner earns recurring commission on all platform revenue generated through their operations. Specific terms are covered in the partnership agreement discussion.

Question 5

What is the contract length?

Accepted Answer

Partnership terms are discussed during the agreement process. We are looking for long-term partners with a multi-year commitment to building the platform.

Question 6

What training does the partner receive?

Accepted Answer

Full training is provided for the partner's operations team, sales team, and support staff — covering platform use, agent onboarding processes, developer onboarding, compliance workflow, and admin panel operation.

Question 7

Can I white-label the platform with my own brand?

Accepted Answer

White-label options are available. The partnership agreement defines branding terms. In some configurations, the platform can be co-branded or operated under the partner's own brand.

Question 8

What listing types are supported?

Accepted Answer

Nine listing types: For Sale, For Rent, For Lease, Rent-to-Own, Short-Term Rental, Foreclosed, Auction, Preselling, and New Development.

Question 9

How does agent verification work?

Accepted Answer

Agents submit their PRC real estate broker license number and a scanned copy of their license. The admin team reviews within 24–48 business hours and approves or rejects with a reason. Approved agents receive a verified badge on their public profile.

Question 10

How does developer preselling compliance work?

Accepted Answer

Developers must submit their DHSUD License to Sell (pspNumber) for each preselling project. The admin team verifies the number before the listing goes live. This enforces PD 957 compliance at the platform level.

Question 11

What happens when a listing is submitted?

Accepted Answer

All new listings go to a pending status and enter the admin moderation queue. An admin reviews the listing for completeness, legal field accuracy, and compliance. Approved listings go live; rejected listings are returned to the agent or developer with a written reason.

Question 12

How does the transaction pipeline work?

Accepted Answer

The transaction pipeline tracks 8 stages: Offer Made → Offer Accepted → Reservation → Due Diligence → Contract Signing → Payment → Title Transfer → Completed. Each stage supports document uploads and notifies all relevant parties.

Question 13

Is pspNumber required for preselling listings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Under PD 957 (Subdivision and Condominium Buyers Protective Decree), all preselling property listings require a verified DHSUD License to Sell (pspNumber). Listings without a verified pspNumber will not go live on the platform.

Question 14

How does the platform handle KYC?

Accepted Answer

Users can submit government ID documents (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, TIN, passport, UMID, etc.) for KYC verification. Submitted documents are reviewed by the admin team. Approved users receive a verified badge visible to agents and sellers.

Question 15

Is PinasProperty DHSUD accredited?

Accepted Answer

PinasProperty is a technology platform. The operating partner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required DHSUD accreditations for operating a property listing portal in the Philippines.

Question 16

Who handles regulatory compliance — the technology provider or the partner?

Accepted Answer

The partner is responsible for all local regulatory compliance — DHSUD, PRC, SEC, NPC, and any other applicable Philippine regulatory bodies. PinasProperty provides technology tools that support compliance workflows but does not provide legal advice or act as a regulated real estate entity.

Question 17

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PinasProperty is available as a web platform and as native iOS and Android mobile apps.

Question 18

Can the platform integrate with our CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PinasProperty offers a RESTful API and webhook support, enabling integration with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and others.

Accepted Answer

PinasProperty targets 99.9% platform uptime. Specific SLA terms are included in the partnership agreement.

Question 21

Is user data stored in the Philippines?

Accepted Answer

Data storage configuration is discussed during partner onboarding. Options to store data within Philippine-jurisdiction data centers are available to support Data Privacy Act compliance.
