How it works

Five stages from invitation to handover

Applicants do the collection on their phones. Your team sees each stage, what was checked, and who checked it.

Your side

What happens to each file

Each stage records what happened and who did it, so every part of the file can be traced.

  1. Invite and consent

The applicant registers and consents to each use of their data: collection, AI processing and voice transcription. Each consent is recorded with its version and time.

  2. Capture documents

Each upload is identified from its content, not a category the applicant picks. Fields are extracted with a recorded confidence level.

  3. Cross-check

Declared figures are compared with documents and with interview answers. Each figure shows agreement, conflict or no second source.

  4. Review

Mismatches and gaps go to a named reviewer. Nothing is resolved automatically, and the reviewer's decision and note are kept.

  5. Hand over

Your team receives the structured file, open items, interview transcript and audit trail, ready for your own credit process.

The applicant's side

What the business owner does in the app

Most of it happens on a phone at their own pace. They can stop at any point and pick up where they left off.

  1. Create an account

Sign up with email and password, then tell us the business name and the amount needed.

  2. Upload documents

Take a photo or pick a PDF. CreditLine reads each one and works out what it is.

  3. Show where you operate

Confirm the business address on the map and add photos of the premises.

  4. Talk with HANA

A short voice interview about gaps and mismatches. It can be paused and resumed.

  5. See what's ready

A plain-language summary of what's complete and what's still missing.

  6. Hand over to review

A reviewer on the lender's side picks it up with everything attached.

Documents

Identified from what's on the page

Applicants never choose a document type. CreditLine reads each upload and says what it is, how readable it was and what it could extract. Uploads it can't identify are held for review, not guessed.
