For credit teams
Who makes the credit decision?
Your institution does, under its own policy and committee. CreditLine prepares, checks and documents the file. It never approves, declines or prices a loan.
Does CreditLine produce a credit score?
No. The file shows evidence status and open items in plain terms. How those feed into your scoring models is your decision.
How are documents checked?
Each upload is identified from its content and its fields are extracted with a confidence level. Figures are compared across documents and with declared values. Anything that doesn't agree goes to a reviewer.
Where is data stored?
Hosting location and data residency are confirmed with each institution during onboarding, together with access controls and retention terms.
How do we start?
With a scoped pilot: one lending unit, an agreed document set, and a review of processing terms with your data protection officer.
For business owners
Is CreditLine a bank or a lender?
No. It helps prepare an application. The lender decides whether to approve it, how much, and at what terms.
Can applicants refuse consent?
Yes. Each purpose is consented to separately. Without consent for a purpose, that step isn't run for the applicant.
Do I have to talk, or can I type?
The pre-screening interview is by voice, with live captions. In the Help Center you can switch to typing if voice isn't working.
Can I stop halfway?
Yes. Answers are saved as you go, and HANA resumes at the question you hadn't answered yet.
Which languages does HANA speak?
English today.
