Business-loan pre-screening for Philippine MSMEs

Walk into your loan conversation prepared.

CreditLine helps small businesses get their documents and details in order before they apply. Upload your papers, have a short voice conversation with HANA, and get a plain-language report on what's ready and what's still missing.

  • No credit score
  • A person reviews every file
  • The financing provider decides

Built around the documents Philippine businesses already have

  • Valid government ID
  • DTI / SEC registration
  • Barangay business clearance
  • BIR Form 2303
  • Income tax return
  • Mayor's permit
  • Financial statements
  • Bank statements, 6 months

How it works

Six steps from sign-up to a finished report

Most of it happens on your phone, at your own pace. You can stop at any point and pick up where you left off.

  1. Create your account

Sign up with your email and a password. It takes about a minute.

  2. Describe your business

Your business name, what you do, and how much financing you're looking for.

  3. Upload your documents

Take a photo or pick a PDF. HANA works out which document it is from what's on the page, so you never have to choose a category.

  4. Show where you operate

Confirm your business address on the map and add a few photos of your storefront or premises.

  5. Talk with HANA

A short voice conversation. HANA only asks about things that are missing or don't line up across your documents.

  6. Read your report

A plain-language summary of what's ready and what still needs work. Our review team takes it from there.

During your application

Pre-screening interview

A guided conversation that fills the gaps in your file.

  • Questions come from your own documents, not a generic form
  • Speak naturally and interrupt whenever you like
  • Pause, close the app, and resume at the same question
  • Read the whole conversation back once it's done

Any time

Help Center

Questions about business loans, answered out loud.

  • Ask about requirements, documents and what happens next

  • Ask "where is my application?" and HANA checks your real status
  • Switch to text if voice isn't available

Your report

A report you can read without a glossary

Your assessment shows where your application stands in plain words. It has no credit score, no hidden ranking, and nothing that looks like an approval.

  • Details check. Tells you whether anything you've given us contradicts itself, and says clearly that it isn't independent verification.
  • What's missing. Every gap comes with the next step to close it.
  • Who decides. The financing provider makes the lending decision. CreditLine never does.

Plain about what we do

What CreditLine is, and what it isn't

CreditLine is

  • A pre-screening app that helps you prepare a complete application
  • A guided voice conversation with HANA
  • A plain-language report you can read and act on
  • Checked by people. Mismatches go to a reviewer on our team, never an automatic verdict

CreditLine isn't

  • A lender
  • A credit bureau, or a credit score
  • An automated loan decision
  • A promise of financing

Privacy and security

Your business information, handled carefully

Loan applications carry sensitive details: your TIN, your revenue, your bank balances. These are the rules CreditLine is built on.

  • Private document storage

Files are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links. Every time our team views one, it's logged.

  • Only your reviewer

Once your application is assigned, only that reviewer and a supervising admin can open your file.

  • Consent comes first

We ask before collecting your data, processing it with AI, or transcribing your voice.

  • Sign-out clears the phone

Signing out removes your session and any cached photos and documents from the device, so whoever signs in next starts fresh.

  • Your words stay out of logs

What you say to HANA is saved to your application for review. It's never written into system logs.

  • Your data, on request

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

FAQ

Common questions

Is CreditLine a lender?

No. CreditLine helps you prepare and organise your application. Eligibility, the amount, pricing and approval are decided by the financing provider.

Will I get a credit score?

No. Your report describes how complete and consistent your application is, in plain words. It never shows a number that ranks you.

Does HANA decide whether I get a loan?

No. HANA helps collect and organise information and asks about gaps. Anything that doesn't add up goes to a person on our review team.

Which documents do I need?

The usual set is a valid government ID, DTI or SEC registration, barangay business clearance, BIR Form 2303, your latest income tax return, mayor's permit, financial statements and six months of bank statements. You can start with what you have, and your report shows what's still missing.

Do I have to talk, or can I type?

The pre-screening interview is a voice conversation, with live captions of what HANA heard. In the Help Center you can switch to text if voice isn't available.

Can I stop halfway and continue later?

Yes. Your answers are saved as you give them. When you come back, HANA picks up at the question you hadn't answered yet, and the earlier conversation is still there.

What happens to my data when I sign out?

Your session and any cached files are cleared from the phone. Your application stays securely on our servers so you can sign back in and continue.

Which languages does HANA speak?

English for now.
