Summary: iTienda collects only the data needed to run your shop. We never sell your data. Your business data belongs to you. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, set up your shop, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, mobile number, shop name, and menu data. We also collect usage data such as orders processed, features used, and device information to improve the app experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the iTienda service, process transactions, send important account notifications, and provide customer support. We do not use your data for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, regular security audits, and intrusion detection. Your business data belongs to you and is never shared without your explicit consent.
4. Philippine Data Privacy Act Compliance
iTienda complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@itienda.ph.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Business transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal compliance purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
iTienda integrates with third-party payment services (GCash, Maya) to process payments. These services have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary to complete transactions. We do not share your customer data with any third-party marketing or analytics platforms.
7. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our website is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some website functionality.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of iTienda after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
