We Built iTienda for Our Kababayan
Every feature in iTienda was designed for the reality of running a small food business in the Philippines.
“Our mission is to give every Filipino Small entrepreneur access to the same tools that big restaurant chains have — at a price that makes sense for them.”
The Story Behind iTienda
The founders of iTienda spent years watching Filipino Small shop owners struggle with paper order pads, pocket calculators, and expensive imported POS systems that were designed for Western restaurants — not for a milk tea kiosk in Quezon City or a street food stall in Pasay. The tools didn't fit the workflow, the language, or the budget.
So they built iTienda from the ground up for the Philippine context. GCash and Maya support built in from day one. A Tagalog-friendly interface. Features designed around the realities of kiosk operations, street food, and the fast-paced world of milk tea shops. No bloated features nobody uses. No expensive hardware requirements. Just a phone and the app.
Today, iTienda powers over 5,000 small shops across the Philippines — from solo street food vendors in Cebu to multi-branch milk tea chains in Metro Manila. Every update is driven by real feedback from real Filipino shop owners. We're proud to be the POS app built by Filipinos, for Filipinos.
What We Stand For
Simplicity
If a first-time smartphone user can't figure it out in 5 minutes, we redesign it. Complexity is the enemy of adoption.
Affordability
A free plan that actually works. Paid plans priced for Philippine small business realities — not Silicon Valley SaaS pricing.
Philippine-First
GCash, Maya, Tagalog UI, Philippine peso, local business types. Built for here, not adapted from somewhere else.
Reliability
Offline-capable POS so a bad internet day doesn't stop your business. Your data is always safe and always yours.
