Why teams switch
What changes on the first day your branch runs on HANA QMS.
Instead of a crowded front desk
Every customer gets a queue number and a visible status, so nobody has to hover at the counter.
Instead of shouting names
Call, recall, serve, skip, transfer, park and complete are one click each, and every action is recorded.
Instead of guessing
See today’s queue as it happens and measure waiting time, service time, volume and busiest hours.
Instead of waiting on a vendor
Configure services, counters, staff, branding and announcements yourself, whenever you need to.
Instead of one install per site
The same product runs a single-location clinic or a multi-branch enterprise, with nothing to install.
How it works
From the front door to the counter, every customer knows where they stand and every staff member knows who is next.
On the front-desk tablet or PC: their name, an optional mobile number, then the service they need.
One click on Call next picks the next ticket by priority, then by registration time, for that counter’s services.
The waiting-room screen shows and announces “B018, please proceed to Counter 2” the moment staff call it.
One ticket’s journey
Follow ticket A025 from the lobby tablet to the counter, and see what every screen does along the way.
Ana takes A025 for Consultation on the lobby tablet. Estimated wait: about 12 minutes.
From her phone, the status page shows she is 2nd in line.
Counter 3 presses Call next. The display shows and announces “A025, please proceed to Counter 3”.
Staff press Start service when she arrives, and the service timer runs.
Complete frees the counter. Reports record a 12-minute wait and a 6-minute service.

Features
From the first ticket of the day to the monthly report, in one browser-based product.
Demo videos
Short narrated walkthroughs of the live product. Start with these, or watch all 8, one for every person who uses it.

A walk-in customer takes a ticket on the front-desk tablet in three steps, with no app and no account, then checks their place in line from their phone.

A teller signs in, picks their counter and serves the queue from one screen, from Call next to Complete, and registers a walk-in without leaving the panel.

From first sign-in to a working queue: create services with their prefixes, set up counters and the services they handle, and give every team member their own account.
Try it live

FAQ
The questions we hear most. The FAQ page has all 27 answers.
Anything with a modern browser. A tablet or front-desk PC for self-service registration, a smart TV or a small PC connected to a screen for the display, and the computers your staff already use for the counter console. Current and previous versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari are supported.
No. Customers enter their name (a mobile number is optional), choose a service and get a number. They follow their turn on the waiting-room display, or check their status on their own phone by queue number or mobile number.
You define priority classes such as Senior citizen, PWD and Pregnant, and their order. Higher-priority tickets are called first within the same service, a fairness rule keeps standard customers moving, and screens show a symbol only, never the reason.
We collect the minimum: a name, and a mobile number only if the customer wants to give one. The display shows only numbers and counters, public pages never show another customer’s details, and personal fields are removed after your retention period (90 days by default). This supports your duties under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
Most teams are ready in a day: create services, add counters, invite staff, then open the registration page and the display. You configure everything yourself, and we help with onboarding whenever you ask.
