Why we built this
Philippine accounting firms manage some of the most complex compliance environments in Southeast Asia — BIR filings across multiple tax types, SSS and PhilHealth remittances, SEC submissions, and LGU requirements that vary by city and province. Most firms manage this in spreadsheets, shared drives, and group chats.
Accounting Firm OS was built to change that. Not with a generic project management tool adapted for accounting, but with a platform designed from the ground up for Philippine compliance requirements — BIR form numbers, eFPS rules, holiday-adjusted deadlines, and Messenger as the primary client communication channel.
We are a technology company that partners with accounting firms. We are not accountants. That division is intentional: you bring the expertise, we bring the infrastructure.
